Shipping Information

Due to high order volumes during our sale period, please allow an additional processing time of up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. We thank you for your patience.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all US orders over $300. US orders under $300 will be delivered at a flat rate of $15.

2-Day Shipping is available on all orders for a flat rate fee of $30. Please allow up to 5 additional days for processing times. 

To ensure a smooth delivery, duties and taxes on orders shipping to Canada will be calculated at checkout. You will not receive any further charges upon delivery. 

Returns Policy

Products purchased at 25% discount can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchanged for an alternative color. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.

Products purchased at 50% and 75% discount and above are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER. 

Orders placed between November 25 and December 30 are eligible for our extended holiday returns window and can be returned until January 30.
