Shipping Information

  • Due to high order volumes during our sale period, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched. We thank you for your patience.

  • We offer complimentary standard shipping on all US orders over $200.

  • US orders under $200 will be shipped at a flat rate of $10.

  • To ensure a smooth delivery, duties and taxes on orders shipping to Canada will be calculated at checkout. You will not receive any further charges upon delivery. 

Returns Policy

  • 25% Discount: Products purchased at 25% discount can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange for an alternative color. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.

  • Orders placed between November 15 and December 30 are eligible for our extended holiday returns window and can be returned until January 30.

  • 40%+ Discount: Products purchased at 40% discount and above are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER.
