Standard Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your CULTIVER purchase. However in the event you’d like to return your order, we are pleased to offer effortless returns and exchanges for all eligible items within the United States.

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of being received.

To ensure an order is eligible for return if needed, please assess the fit and color of all items before wash or use.

Returns for refund will be processed less a $10 return label fee, deducted from your refund. Returns for exchange or store credit are complimentary. A prepaid return postage label will be provided via our returns portal.

Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the return to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note, should your return not meet our return policy standards listed above, it will not be eligible for return and we will re-ship the order to the original address.
