Standard Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your CULTIVER purchase. However in the event you’d like to return your order, we are pleased to offer effortless returns and exchanges for all eligible items within the United States.

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of being received*.

*Orders placed between November 25 and December 30 are eligible for our extended holiday returns window and can be returned until January 30. 


To ensure an order is eligible for return if needed, please assess the fit and color of all items before wash or use.


We offer complimentary returns for exchange or store credit on all orders. A prepaid return postage label will be provided via our returns portal. Returns for refund will be processed less a $10 return label fee, deducted from your refund.


Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the return to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note, should your return not meet our return policy standards listed above, it will not be eligible for return and we will re-ship the order to the original address.


Promotional Returns Policy

Orders placed during our Annual Sale for Black Friday are subject to our Promotional returns policy, and cannot be returned for refund unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER.

In line with our Standard Returns Policy, all products must be unwashed and unused to be eligible for return. Returns for refund incur a $10 fee, while returns for exchange or store credit are complimentary.

25% Discount: Products purchased at 25% discount can be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange to an alternative colour. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.

Orders placed between November 24 and December 30 are eligible for our extended holiday returns window and can be returned until January 30.

Products purchased at 50% discount are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER.
