Returns Policy
20% Discount: Products purchased at 20% discount can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange for an alternative color. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.
50%+ Discount: Products purchased at 50% discount and above are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER.
Returns for refund incur a $10 fee, while returns for exchange or store credit are complimentary.
Post-Sale Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a 20% discounted item after the sale has ended, we will provide a return credit equal to the full retail price (not the sale price). This ensures you can exchange colors with the sale price for your original piece honoued.
How to exchange:
- Visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.
- Select “Shop Now” to access your full-price credit.
- Add your new items to the cart; the credit will automatically apply at checkout.
Shipping Information
We are pleased to provide complimentary standard shipping on all US orders over $300.
Orders under $300 will be shipped at a flat rate of $10.
Due to high order volumes during our sale period, we will not be able to offer Express postage. We thank you for your patience.
To ensure a smooth delivery, duties and taxes on orders shipping to Canada will be calculated at checkout. You will not receive any further charges upon delivery.
