From November 24th to December 1st, we will be running our Annual Sale for Black Friday. Below you will find information regarding our special policies for this sale.

Shipping Information

Due to high order volumes during our sale period, we will not be able to offer Express postage. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched. We thank you for your patience.

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all US orders over $300.

Orders under $300 will be shipped at a flat rate of $10.

To ensure a smooth delivery, duties and taxes on orders shipping to Canada will be calculated at checkout. You will not receive any further charges upon delivery. 

Returns Policy

25% Discount: Products purchased at 25% discount can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange for an alternative color. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.

Orders placed between November 24 and December 30 are eligible for our extended holiday returns window and can be returned until January 30.

50% Discount: Products purchased at 50% discount are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER. 

Returns for refund incur a $10 fee, while returns for exchange or store credit are complimentary.

Discounts are not applicable to out of stock products or gift cards. 

We cannot guarantee any order cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been finalised.
