Ordering FAQs

Can I change my order after placing it?

We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] with your order number and the details of the change, and we'll do our best to assist you. We're unable to assist with changes once an order has been dispatched. 

What if an item I want to order is out of stock?

You can find the expected restock date on the product page. Join the waitlist via the product page to be notified once the item has been restocked online.

Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept payments from major credit card providers, PayPal, AfterPay or Shop Pay Instalments. Sales through this website are processed in either USD or CAD, dependent on your currency selection.

Should I wash my products before using them?

Yes. Please ensure, however, that you are satisfied with the color, feel and sizing before washing. We will not accept returns for items that have been washed.

What documentation will be included with my order?

In efforts to reduce our paper use, the only documentation included in your order will be a linen care information card. No pricing information will be listed, should the recipient be receiving the order as a gift.

Do you accept custom orders? 

In most cases we are unable to accomodate custom orders. If you are interested in a large quantity of custom pieces, please reach out to our team at [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist.
